David Lee Woodard, 68, of Terre Haute, IN passed away at 7:45PM Saturday, March 7, 2015 at his residence.
He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, November 21, 1946 the son of Max Clark Woodard and Lena Eva Parker Woodard.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Linton, IN, and was a US Army Veteran for 18 ½ years.
David was preceded in death by his parents, also two daughters; Elizabeth Ann Woodard and Andrea Lynn Lutz, and a sister; Alice Sears.
Survivors include his wife Martha Price Woodard, one daughter Nicole Woodard (Tina) of Terre Haute, IN, a sister; Carol Noel of Evansville, IN and a son in-law; Bryan Lutz of Sullivan, IN.
Funeral services will be at 1:00PM Friday, March 13, 2015 at Banks and Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, IN with Bishop Robert Warren Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Cemetery with Military graveside rites by the Sullivan, Shelburn and Hymera Legion Posts and the Sullivan VFW Post. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00AM until 1:00PM.
